Temporary Residence

Visitor Visa

Multiple-Entry visas make it easier than ever for the travelers to visit Canada. A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)is an official document issued by a Canadian visa office is the requirements for admission to Canada as a temporary resident.

Study Permit

The study permit is a document we issue that allows foreign nationals to study at designated learning institutions (DLI) in Canada. Make sure you have all the documents you need before you apply. We provide services for International Students to have their study permit well before the time to start study semester on time.

Super Visa

With a Super Visa, eligible parents and grandparents can visit or unite with their families and can stay in Canada for up to two years without the need to renew the visa. With this visa the foreign national is allowed to say for up to two years at a time without the need to renew their visa and may re-enter as many time as they wish over a ten-year period.

Work Permit

A Canadian employer can give an arranged employment based on which you can come to Canada and start working quickly.This helps you to qualify for a Canada Permanent Resident Visa and gives you an additional 10 points towards Express Entry applicaton as Skilled Worker Class. We will help you to obtain Work Permits.

Family Sponsorship

Reunification is the primary goal of family sponsorship. A eligible permanent Resident or a Canadian Citizen may sponsor spouse, child, parent or other prescribed family members. Once the application is approved, the sponsored persons will be given the permanent residency upon arrival.

Adoption

An adoption leads to direct grant of citizenship for the adoptee. But provision of adoption is based on the principle of the “Best interests of the child”. The adoptee may have blood relationship or by adoption. For adoption, a genuine and informed consents of both the biological parents are needed.

Humanitarian & Compassionate Class

This class is for those people who do not meet the requirements for Canada’s family reunification, economic or refugee programs  becasuse they are either ineligile or inadmissible. It is a relief ro the exceptional cases taking into account the best interestes or the child directly affected.

Economic Class

Express Entry (EE)

The Electronic Application Management system designed to create a pool of qualified candidates from which employers or provinces can select or recruit skilled immigrants. There is a mandatory requirement to apply through EE for permanent residence for Federal Skilled Workers/Trades, Canadian Experience Class or Provincial Nominee (PNP) Program. 

Skilled Workers

This is the class of persons selected on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada (except Quebec), are comprised of Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Trades, Canadian Experienced Class and Provincial Nominee Program. Minimum requirements includes language proficiency, education and work experience.

 

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Provincial and territorial governments have been using these programs to more efficiently attract newcomers to their region. Persons who immigrate to Canada under the Provincial Nominee Program have the skills, education and work experience needed to make an immediate economic contribution to the province or territory that nominates them.

 

Business Immigration

These programs are offered with the goal of promoting economic development and creating jobs by attracting investors, entrepreneurs, and self-employed individuals from outside Canada with available venture capital, significant business expertise, and entrepreneurial skills. Includes Quebec Investor Class, Quebec Entrepreneur Class and Self-Employed Class.

Self Employed Class

Describes as the class of persons who may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada or who are self employed persons. Must obtain 35 out of 100 points in a points system for this class. They must have at least 2 years of experience in world class level of cultural or athletics activities.

Caregiver Classes

This is s pilot program is going to end on November 29, 2019. There are two classes – caring for children class and caring for people with high medical needs class. To be eligible to apply for permanent residence, on needs to have at least 24 months full time employment, english proficiency, relevent education for 1 years and employment requirments.

Refugees & Protected Persons

Canada has the obligation to fulfil the legal obligations with respect to refugees and affirm Canada’s commitment to international efforts to provide assitance to those in need of resettlement. Anyone can seek for refugee status at the port of entry or inside Canada. But the status finaly awarded by the Refugee Protection Division under Immigration Division.

In Canada Asylum

Not every person is allowed to make a claim for protection in Canada. The front-end stage serves for screening people early as a means to control who may have a claim heard by the RPD and who will be dined access. He makes a claim at the port of entry and his eligibility is determined withing 3 days. When is receives a hearing date at Refugee protection, he needs a counsel from a Immigration Consultant.

Resettlement

Canada offers protection to the world’s displaced people  located outside Canada. There are 2 options – Sponsor-referred cases where the refugee has sponsors from Canada and the second option is Visa office-referred cases where refugees are matched up by visa offices. Permanent residence is issued to refugees seeking resettlement but there are some eligibiity requirements.
